Shamane has 17 years of local and international experience as a pastry chef and chef du cuisine. She knows that every event is unique and special. She uses the finest ingredients to create custom cakes and pastries. She works one-on-one with every client to blend art with the magic of scents and tastes to make each dessert unforgettable.
