We offer a full line of Southern style BBQ with authentic flavor you would expect to find somewhere far from the great Northwest.
We are eager to accommodate unique catering requests. If you need box lunches delivered to a jobsite, household, or company picnic, or just want to pick up ready to serve meals, we are prepared to provide you with all of your catering needs.
All of our meats are freshly prepared with original spice recipes. All side dishes are also prepared in house, using fresh produce.
