A personal consultation will begin the planning process. Whether an event or weekly meals, dates and a plan to determine your preferences is the first step. We will create the menu together. An estimate will be given to you for your review, approval, and signature. Voila, all you have to do is sit back and relax.
I will shop for all of the freshest ingredients for your meals and if you have a certain store you’d like me to shop at, I will accommodate. Just think; no shopping and no messes to clean up.

Kristi Carrara-Davila cooking has been a lifetime passion. As a young child she spent many hours in the kitchen cooking alongside of her mother. As a teenager she took over the kitchen as her mother worked long hours as a school administrator.
She attended the Art Institute of New York City for culinary arts and restaurant management. After leaving there she was a banquet chef at Highlawn Pavilion in West Orange, New Jersey. Her next endeavor was honing her skills with a la carte at Nordstrom in Short Hills, N.J. She was offered the position of Head Chef at Whole Foods in Montclair, N.J. and stayed there until the birth of her second child.
