I also provide all of my client’s guidance in general areas of wellness and nutrition as we work toward your fitness goals.
As a fitness professional, coach, and motivator, I strive to change people’s lives, not just their bodies. In 2003, I received my Master’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Exercise Physiology: Health, Fitness, and Wellness Promotion. I have worked in a variety of health clubs and non-profit facilities over the years, teaching group fitness exercise classes and individual instruction both in the water and on land. I have over 12 years of teaching experience and I am a highly energetic, organized, and self-motivated individual. My passion is to help individuals make positive lifestyle changes and to find enjoyment in staying active.
