Executive Chef Markus trained in Europe and the Culinary Institute of America, Presenting European-American cuisine that will delight your palette. The patriarch Manfred designed the warm, wood-detailed interior. The matriarch Lieselotte provides the paintings on the walls. Clemens smoothly directs operation, and two grandsons serve both the kitchen & on the floor.
