The Historic Alfred I. Dupont Building’s mezzanine special events venue was originally constructed as the Miami Branch of Florida National Bank & Trust. The original hand- wrought brass teller windows now serve as a gorgeous bar, and the massive bank safe doors add to the historic nostalgia. Restored to its original glory in 1992, the Mezzanine has served as a special events venue to a discerning clientele seeking a unique and inspiring location since 2002.

The breathtaking interior decoration of this Depression Moderne style building boasts unique bas- relief elevator doors, brass scrollwork, wall- to- wall marble floors, and hand- painted heart- of- cypress wood ceilings depicting the history of South Florida and Seminole Indian motifs, as well as local flora and fauna.

The venue offers up to 20,000 square feet for special events, and is capable of holding from the most intimate dinners inside the steel walled safe deposit vault, to the grandest groups spread between both ballrooms.
