8841 N. Alpine Loop Road
Sundance, UT 84604
Established in 1969 by Robert Redford as an experiment in environmental stewardship and artistic expression, Sundance is truly a place of vision. On the slopes of 12,000 foot Mt. Timpanogos, Sundance offers the best of all seasons: abundant winter Utah powder, lush spring and summer landscapes, and the ignition of fall’s brilliant colors. Our lodging is a collection of rustic western architecture that is a reflection of, rather than an intrusion upon, the landscape. Our 95 mountain cottages are warm, decorated in the colors of the land, and luxurious with all of the amenities needed to feel right at home. They are tucked into the woods, nestled in the trees, or situated alongside a mountain stream.
Enjoy an art experience in our creative Art Shack studio, a treatment in our full-service spa, or a 5 star dining experience at our award-winning Tree Room restaurant. All forms of recreation are available to engage in the stunning environment that is Sundance. Forty-one alpine ski runs are available along with 17 kilometers of cross-country skiing. When the snow melts, there is mountain biking, hiking, scenic chair lift rides, fly fishing, horseback riding, golf, water sports, and panoramic mountain drives, all of which are either on-property or within minutes of Sundance.
As you’ll see, Sundance has many shapes, many moods, and many possibilities. Somewhere in our community awaits an experience, which belongs to you and we are committed to helping you find it.
