C & A Events offers a complimentary 60 minute Initial Consultation, where we meet with you to discuss your dream wedding. We will then provide you with a detailed explanation of our services and help you select the package that best suits your needs.
Tiers of Service:
Day of Event Plus
Day of Event
Full Service – We handle every last detail for you, acting as your very own personal wedding assistant and coordinator. Includes unlimited phone calls and emails, in addition to all services needed.
Day of Event Plus – We can customize the package that best suits your personal needs. We start with the basic Day of Event coordination package and add additional services charged at an hourly rate.
Day of Event – Most basic package offered. This tier is for a bride that wants to plan her own wedding, but day of wedding needs someone to ensure everything is coordinated and runs smoothly.
Consultation Only – provides you with ideas and gives you advice as requested.
We also specialize in Special Events. C & A Events can help you plan all of your special events – we want you to feel like a guest at your own event. These events include but are not limited to:

Galas, Balls, and Black-Tie Events
